RA Dr. Felix Wolf

Professional experience: Since 2011, Felix has been working as Senior Legal Counsel and Senior Contract Manager with Outotec GmbH & Co. KG, the German subsidiary of the Finnish Metso Outotec group of companies, a leading technology provider for the Metals & Mining sector worldwide. Focusing on the international project business and international arbitration, he went on numerous international assignments, namely to South America (with a special focus on Chile), North Africa, the Middle East, Russia and Western Europe. 

Following his admission to the Frankfurt Bar in 2006, Felix started his career as attorney with Frankfurt based law firm Pant Legal, focusing on international litigation (with assignments inter alia, in Miami, Santiago de Chile, Madrid and Porto), white-collar crime and as external inhouse counsel of a global supplier in the automotive industry. 

Felix was a visiting lecturer for American Business law at the Frankfurt School of Applied Sciences until 2018.

Education: In 2019, Felix successfully finished the training course as specialist for Information Technology Law.

To complement his experiences as attorney with a focus on cross-border litigation and white-collar crime, Felix earned a Diploma as Certified Fraud Manager (CFM) after a two-semester study program at Frankfurt School of Finance and Management in 2011.

Felix did his mandatory legal clerkship with the Saarland Higher Regional Court (2nd State Examination, 2005). In parallel, he successfully attended the Master (LL.M.) study programme in European Integration at the Europainstitut of Saarland University.

In 2004, he received his PhD from Philipps-Universität Marburg with a thesis on European Competition Law.

Felix studied law at the universities of Marburg (1st State Examination, 2001) and Alicante (Spain).
