Since 2011, Felix has been working as Senior Legal Counsel and Senior Contract Manager with Outotec GmbH & Co. KG, the German subsidiary of the Finnish Metso Outotec group of companies, a leading technology provider for the Metals & Mining sector worldwide. Focusing on the international project business and international arbitration, he went on numerous international assignments, namely to South America (with a special focus on Chile), North Africa, the Middle East, Russia and Western Europe.
Following his admission to the Frankfurt Bar in 2006, Felix started his career as attorney with Frankfurt based law firm Pant Legal, focusing on international litigation (with assignments inter alia, in Miami, Santiago de Chile, Madrid and Porto), white-collar crime and as external inhouse counsel of a global supplier in the automotive industry.
Felix is a visiting lecturer for American Business law at the Frankfurt School of Applied Sciences. He is the President of Deutsch-Ibero-Amerikanische Gesellschaft e.V., an association that has been dedicated for more than 65 years to the cultural exchange with the Ibero-American world.
