RA Stephan Heger,

specialist Lawyer for Construction Law and Law of Architects

Professional experience: Since 2020, Stephan has been heading the legal and contract department of construction company Karl Gemünden GmbH & Co. KG. His responsibilities include all contraction law and real estate issues of the group. Stephan also leads the group‘s contract management digitalization and automation strategy.    

Prior to joining Gemünden, Stephan worked as attorney in the construction and real estate department of Frankfurt based full service law firm FPS Fritze Wicke Seelig for several years. At FPS, Stephan focussed on major infrastructure projects, including highways, airports, tunneling projects, bridges and watergates. 

Stephan is member of Bundesvereinigung Mittelständischer Bauunternehmen e.V. (BVMB – German Federation of SME construction companies), namely in the areas la w and digitalization, and member of the administrative board of the Diocese of Limburg. 

Stephan is managing director of legaltech-start-up solution pacta 4. 

Education: Since 2019, Stephan is certified special in construction and architectural law.  

From November 2014 to January 2017, Stephan successfully completed studies in business administration and management at disstance learening university Hagen, with specific focus on organisation and controlling.  

Stephan did his mandatory legal clerkship with Higher Regional Court Koblenz with outgoings in Slovenia, Uruguay and Estonia. 

He studied law at Johannes Gutenberg-University,  Mainz.
